both Russian Submitter and TGSW

I use RS, and I.... think I like it. It has it's problems, but overall it saves me ALOT of time, so I can't really complain too much. I don't use TGSW....

I used to use TGSW, its a bitch to set up, plus also if the submit page you're sending to is slow, it sends back errors.

I only do hand submissions now, I have system set up using MS IE and Roboform that semi-automates everything. Not as fast as full automation but better control.

I also semi automated the gallery making process using templates.

It is possible to have full control and handcraft your submissions while saving time.

I have used both TGSW, and RS both at the same time, and there are advantages and disadvantegs to both.

The biggest problem with TGSW is that yes, it is a pain to set up. But you only need to do it once.

TGSW only takes a few minutes once you've set it up. You could literally submit to thousands of TGPs with just a few clicks.

With RS, you need to fill out the form and go thru the process each time you use it. Then you need to download the .zip file that it creates, and then upload it to your server. Then you go into RS and start the submission. The whole process takes about 20-25 minutes. Not bad if you consider how many TGPs it sends to.

They both have about the same success rate (for me) they were rejected by the same TGPs that don't accept auto-submitters.

Also, think about the long haul. If galleries is your thing then TGSW is a more sound investment. If you're only building galleries to boost your traffic for a while then RS is probably better for you.
