So it seems his pattern is to run-off at the mouth and when he runs
himself into his own shit he abandons the thread hoping no one

Actually I was right about that, as I've been right about nearly everything I've posted. If the people who had the domain had given two shits about it and had a halfway decent lawyer, they would be able to keep using the domain.
