eat lots of eggs, peanut butter and red meat. eat until you are full, then eat a bit more. You MUST work out with heavy weights... (3 sets of 6 to 8 reps). if you can do more, then you should be using more weight. don't forget to work upper body 1 day and lower body the next. work the lower body really hard...it sucks, but those muscles are the biggest and will help your whole body "cut" by burning lots and lots of fat.
if you do not work out hard... you will become a fat ass quickly with all of the extra food you are eating...
