    Dear Probilling Merchant,

    We regret to inform you that due to new banking issues, starting immediately ProBilling Ltd. will suspend reserve releases to merchants and withhold unsettled reserve balances. Reserves will be held until the complete settlement of these issues.

    As your contract agreement states, should our processor and/ or acquiring bank choose to withhold reserves for any reason, ProBilling would consequently be required to suspend reserve payouts to clients. We will continue to work with our processor and acquiring banks to release the held funds for payout.

    Please address all questions regarding this matter to [email protected].

    We apologize for any inconvenience that this new policy creates.

          actually they bit the dust awhile back now they are just holding out on the webmasters for the hold back money.
          Guess they need to pay the phonebills or something this month

                  Or the rent on their rinky dinky apartment they work out of in Calgary, Canada. Or they have to buy cheese for the mousetraps, as Probilling was a mickey mouse operation at best.
