    Omaha Steaks... Holy shit!

    Anyone ever try these? They're fucking awesome!

    There's an actual store out here in Vegas so I picked a few strips up and was damn pleased when I grilled em.

    How do you prepare your steaks for the grill? Rub? Marinade? I'm going to get more of these and I'd love to get some more ideas on how to prep em!

          I grew up in Omaha, I'm spoiled fucking rotten by Omaha steaks. We order
          a bunch a few times a year, weekend food when its grilling time.

          Rub, don't marinate. Grill, gas please. (charcoal is fine if you have it, but gas
          is better for a good sear, IMHO).

          That and BIG baked potatoes that have been cooked in butter and spices, wrapped in foil and in the grill as well...fuck, now i know what i'm doing friday night.....

                          I have my own special recipe for a rub / marinade.

                          Thats what I love about this time of year.. I can finally fire up the BBQ again after 6+ months of snow.

                              You're a pussy if you only use the Weber when there is no snow, I do my Thanksgiving and Christmas turkey on the charcoal Weber in Chicago.
