How much traffic is lost after feeder

It can die pretty quick if the traffic wasn't productive enough to begin with.I would say about half

Get productive trades to start with and weed out the unproductive...rinse and repeat daily

1. Fresh content.
2. Frequent updates.

well how long and how much daily should i feed a site if I want it to grow say 50k more
