Some people really do have legitimate causes for being overweight, and then there are some people who just like to make excuses..
Take me for example.. yeah I'm over weight, but I just found out that i've had sleep apnea for almost 8 years undiagnosed, I just thought i was tired all of the time because i was overweight, turns out im overweight because i never sleep and my metabolism is broken, I had surgery to correct the apnea, and now I should lose weight, it will be hard work because im going to need to jump start my metabolism. but physiology plays more a part into weight than just someone being lazy.
