These guys KICKASS, speed is always 100% and can burn 162kps anytime of the day, uploading is also fast between 256kps and 300kps depending on how you upload.
I have 2 dsl's from them paired, had lots of troubles with telstras bigpond dropping out 1-2 times a month and have had only 2 drop outs with onthenet in 8 months of service, they were very short.
THE BEST PART, They DO NOT count uploads in that data limit. I uploaded 30 gigs to one of my servers over 1 month, they don't care the southern pipe is unused going back to US and so its super cheap or even free for them, I don' think telstra even charge them for bandwidth going back up. So they don't charge you.
Highly suggest these guys.

I use TPG www.tpg.com.au they've got 2 unlimited plans @ 69 and 79 AUD a month for (256/64) and (512/256) respectively ... reliable and good customer service.
