1. you will have to feed it from somewhere, hits dont just fall from the sky
2. they will bookmark if it is clean, easy to navigate and updated often, or has some unique feature they like.
so make your galleries rotate ....HEY!!

I run two sites with sponsor hosted galleries only.
You need some kind of feeder. The prod is not very good but I still make some little money from that sites.
If you have enough bw and enough time to organize content it would be better to run it with your own galleries, just make a php template and make it rotate the content.
The good with a rotating script and sponsor hosted galleries is that once you have 25k galleries in the database you can just make new sites and just use your script links
Also you will always need to trade a bit. I have one site with 65% skim, and the other with no skim (feeder for that site are SEs). Conversions are the same for both sites, but the only difference is that the skimmed site gets fresh traffic from trades. Bookmarkers are ok, but for that kind of site they convert nice for a month or two, and then sales drop untill you drive some fresh and new traffic.
Don't take my post very serious. my sites are near 5k , so cannot give you a real 100k TGP point of wiew.Comment

I agree IF you are trading with the regular tgp trading pool etc.thats a good question, id say "no way"
Depends on the nature of the feeder traffic - inexperienced surfers dont know the difference between hosted galleries and submitted ones IMO - or pre-sold spots.

About 60% of the galleries at one of my MGP's is either my own or hosted movie galleries. I find it works quite well but you have to keep the galleries diversified to keep the surfers coming back.
