CuteFTP is on the list, just one of the programs many of us webmasters use. *Sigh*
Also, you can go here and download a small program that will find all offending scripts in your computer and purge them:

It seems that the Internet Advertising Bureau board of directors is considering a lawsuit against gator.com....article here:

Also, as a side note....there is a small script some of you might want to add to your sites to deactivate 'toptext':

Of course eventually, companies will come up with a way around the script....but it does work for now.
