Someone pointed out to me tonight (he can take the credit of he wants to) a potential pitfall of the new CC regulations. As big programs tighten up and/or go under, the affiliates who were sending them chargebacks will have to move somewhere. So eventually, we may all have to deal with high chargebacks.
This leads to the following string of questions: What sort of policies do the major billers have for canning affiliates when they send an inordinate number of chargebacks? Is this being done? Checked per program, or for the system as a whole? Enquiring minds want to know.
