Its my understanding that offers for settlement will be made, but like i said chapter7 is the worst for debtors or anyone who is owed money. But sonetimes something is better than nothing.
If thousands are owed then a partial amount would be better than what ya got ! And your correct they are thiefs but Smart ones and that is the worst kind.
