The currywurst is Berlin's gift to the world of fast food. Served at Schnell Imbiss (fast lunch) stands all over Berlin. Usually served on a wax paper covered paper plate, a currywurst is a bratwurst cut into sections, smothered with tomato sauce, and then sprinkled with curry powder and paprika. A currywurst is usually accompanied by a brötchen (roll) and goes well with bier. "
Now, that is SO wrong but yet I kind of want to try it.

Bullshit. The real and only "Currywurst" was founded in Bochum ("Ruhrgebiet"). It´s the most popular food - near Mc Donald´s and Burger King of course.
If you want to try it, just hit me up, I´ll invite you to an ultimate Currywurst dinner.
If you´re from UK, I´ll meet you in London, where I ´ve got friends at. When I´ll be there, I take some Currywurst with me, if it is allowed to in England nowadays.
