I love the fact that just because you cant convert your traffic at 1:60 or less and keep it retaining that our program claims must be a lie.

What would you say if one of the members of GFY using our program has been converting the site at 1:50 or less for a week or two now?

One thing you should also remember about the retention rate is that dilf.com is a VERY new site just as Stud Money is a VERY new site, both of these means that surfers havent seen the sites before and are actually interested in staying aorund to see what new stuff we add to the site hence the retention.

You called bullshit before sending any traffic to the site, you do realize, that you should have sent the traffic and challenged us right?

That way you could have still pissed about our program and been $500 better off at the same time.

That certainly would have been the common sense thing to do, especially as you seem to have all the knowledge about our site without having activated your account or sending a single hit to our program lol

Anyway, your loss, you coulda kept $500 and had a good old time bashing our program had you actually sent traffic to us especially as you seem adamant that without even trying the site you were not going to convert.

Unfortunately the FACTS speak for themselves, overall we are seeing 1:60 or less conversions with a 95% retention rate thus far.

just curious, but how long has the site been up? were you sending traffic & testing before releasing it in your program?

i recall you releasing the site in FL, which was about 30 days ago. 95% after 30 days is nothing. 95% after 6 months is a fucking miracle.

Dawgy, you are correct the site has been online since a little before the florida show when we ran test traffic on it.

Therefore as you clearly state, the only figures we have to go on are those and what our current affiliate base is sending, obviously once we have seen overall retention rates that 95% figure will change no doubt about it.

For the timebeing though, we are retaining at 95%.

Threw the paysite online, and got a few sales to it.

A couple of months later you try selling it and Lee is now trying to help you sell the site

How you made the jump from being your brothers "do this guy" to, a PR rep for your brothers program, I'll never know.

#1 - I never once said i can convert my traffic at 1:60. I'm not worried i have enough traffic that 1:200-300 conversions make me happy. With some sites i do better with others worse. My sites don't convert 1:60 I never said they did. WTF is your point?

#2 - If you have a GFY webmaster doing those numbers where are they at? Why have they not posted "I'm doing well with stud money". If they are doing that well do they even do any real volume or only a few sign ups a day?

#3 - I called bullshit made a challenge was going to send traffic, BUT you never replied to my emails. I tried the support ticket in your affiliate member zone still with no response. Fuck it i'm not going to send traffic to you. You have time to post 200 posts in 2 days here you have time to respond to affiliates. I'm not going to waste my time with that bullshit.

#4 - $500 big fucking deal i don't give a shit about $500 its nothing to me. Not trying to should like some rich big shot but $500 is not something i'm going to lose sleep over.

#5 - 95% member retention give us all a fucking break! What the fuck are you smoking? You have no clue whats going on or failed you 9th grade math class. NO site i have ever promoted in the last 5 years has had even close to 95% retention. And I'm sure 100% of people on GFY have never seen such a thing. And with only 5 movies and maybe some plugin content in your members areas top bucks sites will retain better then what you got.

#6 - If your members area is so amazing and will retain 95% post a temp un/pw here for webmasters to take a look and give their 2 cents on how well it will really retain.

#7 - The facts do speak for themselves. You have no clue about the paysite game and are just spouting off the crazy shit your brother is telling you to.

I might be able to shed some light, which is based primarily on opening my own affiliate program recently.

For a site that's 30 days old, it is easy to achieve 1:60 or better. In fact, that seems a bit high compared to what we saw the first 30 days (our best affiliate was doing 1:27 with TGP traffic the first 30). And I will admit, DILF is a good concept so I do believe one of their affiliates is achieving 1:60. Again that's a bit high for a new site, but that's probably had to do with a flaw in the traffic, not the site.

Sadly, as TGP gallerys get put into the archives and you have all those freebie surfers running up your stats, you're conversion ratio will rise. Throw in a little over-saturation and add those Webmasters that can't build a good gallery; you'll see your conversion ratio go through the roof. We're talking about TGP traffic here. Mailer, AVS, SE traffic can of course achieve those ratios at any time during a site's lifecycle.

As for claiming a 95% retention...again, for a site a little over 30 days old it (a) is rather misleading and (b) ain't that tough when you're skewing the dates. For example, if you had 100 members on August 31st, and 5 of them cancelled the night of the 31st, then you'll have 95 members on Sep. 1st giving you 95% retention from August to September. Ya, I know that's a bullshit way to look at it (my point exactly).

Dudmoney, I have two problems with your posts. (1) You spout off converion ratios and retention rates like they are the norm for your site. They are not. Come back in a few months and let us know how you're doing. If you're still averaging 1:60 accross all your affiliates (assuming you sign up more than 20 of them) and are achieving 95% retention, I'll send you $5000 and issue an apology. Deal?

(2) You also should pick your fights wisely. I owe a lot to cutetwink, as he is one of my top sources of traffic (which to him is like water and he's got a bottomless well). I don't blame him for pulling the plug on an affiliate program that doesn't answer their support mail. He's a Major player in this game and you should do a little fact checking before burning any more bridges.

I must admit, I think you have a great concept for a site. But walk softly and carry a big stick...it will afford you greater success.

I'm not getting involved in the pissing match beyond this post but here's some figures that may be interesting considering the 95% claim.

I tried them in a very small way sending traffic to the DILF site. Conversion was the better side of average for the traffic source at a little over 1-40. However for the few joins made (11) none have converted from trial to full. Trying a final small batch of traffic and will post if it proves that I was simply very unlucky as let's face it 11 trials isn't much to base stuff on. However given the 95% conversion claims that seem to be floating around....

if their retention was 95% they could be paying out $60 per signup blowing everyone out of the water

That sounds more like a 0% retention to me, far from the claim of 95%. Guess they would say you must have the worst retaining traffic in their program and my friend has the worst converting and retaining.
