For me its been programmers that rip us off.

Had a guy doing a program and i paid him as he went along then one day i called to check on progress, and he said "what program"

Thanks to paypal i got some back but i was still out 400 bucks.

I guess i was lucky thats all he got.

Please get him banned, he is flaming alot of good and hard working
