Dial up users actually like small movies because they don't want to wait for download but also don't care much about paysites with big movies because of the same reason. As more people get high speed access, joining paysites is going to make more since than clicking on small movies and getting cirle jerked and then TGPs will be hurt even more.

Broadband or dialup, 30 second movies are to tease the visitor to sign-up for the paysite. I hope they get tired of them so you can make money from them. After all the is the idea.
Dial-up users make up most of the member base of paysites, that is why most paysites offer 4-5 minute videos that are downloadable and can be merged together.

TGP will go the route of topsite list, which were once all over the place. I had to convert my topsites to a TGP modle in order to stay in biz. I will have to change again. It's comming for sure.

You can't compair TGP's with Topsites. TGP's offer real pictures and some videos. The onlything toplists offered was crap sites with popups and CJ traps and more often than not CP. They died because they sucked.

I know of some really kick ass Interracial paysites that still convert like mad. If a sponsors hosted galleries don't work for you then build your own.. Most bigger gallery webmasters do.

No, not even close to the same thing. We don't know your traffic, it's source or what it likes.. You should. If you sell the paysite before the visitor sees it, then you are gold.

Visa required registration for EVERY other business other than porn for the longest time. Our registration is rather cheap, it can be as high as $5k. This is a VERY normal thing.

Getting 200 sales a month means nothing if you used to get 400 salesa month with the same methods because soon you will get 100 sales a month then 50 sales a month then 25 sales a month and then your condo gets reposessed..

If you have the same amount of traffic then yes, this could be so, because your visitors are seeing the same BS over and over. If you keep growing in traffic and getting new sources and your sales have still dropped then I would look into doing things differently.
