I use ACDSee to do this, until the video file is not larger than 300MB it works great for me - fast and easy

Open video on screen, grab digital camera, take picture of paused frame. Upload picture to photoshop and crop/resize to size wanted.

umm im on windows 98 .. and i know for a fact print screen wont work .. it just shows a black screen where the movie is playing .. im not a retard i tried the print screen button before postingOriginally posted by Ron2k1

print screen won't work on graphic cards that have video overlay problems.. Play around with your video drivers settings, you should be able to set it up.Custom adult games / apps for your paysites.
