Due to increased demand Naked2u.com, the net's leading Naked Review Magazine seek another webmaster.

Applicants need to be knowledgeable and experienced in photoshop, flash, CMS, streaming video net applications, traffic generation, trouble shooting, and customer support as well as being proficient in HTML, and PHP. Preferably based in Amsterdam. Previous major site webmastering experience is a distinct advantage.

The site is within the top 1% of the most visited sites on the net and converts traffic at nearly twice the ?average?. Payments are 15% for all sign ups and re-bills generated by webmasters. 15% is a little low compared to many websites but our retention rate is incredibly high which will more than make up for the percentage after a few months and then continue to generate even more income for our affiliate webmasters.

I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

Listen sweetie, we are not a sponsor that wants to pay 35$ for a single signup. We are a website that is looking for affilates who want to offer there customers something else then your every day pornsite. If you look at our Alexarank you can see that we are growing fast. We have a very high conversion and retentionrate. And the 15% is the same a lot of other sites are offering there affiliates. We also convert very well on mainstream traffic.

If you think it's too low, that don't signup.

And again this is not us looking for affiliates, we are looking for a second webmaster. We are a fast growing company and this will be a good opportunaty for someone.

Dear Content,

A member would have to be a member for roughly 3-4 months on your site to equal what other rev share programs are paying out for one month (revshare) to their affiliates.

So let see, my choices are

1) Send the signup to a PPS and make $35
2) Send the signup to a Revshare and make $17.50 (monthly)
3) Send the signup to you and make a whopping $5.25

Lets say that the avg revshare program retains a member for 2 months, thats $35 commission in two months which would take roughly 7 (rounded) months to earn with you.

Why dont you ask affiliates to bend over while you at it, dont forget to kiss them as people tend to like to get kissed before they get fucked.

Now for the constructive part of the post.

From what i can see you're trying to roll about 5 different jobs into one.

We got the flash designer, the programmer (possibly multiple programmers for multiple languages), the systems administrator, the webmaster/graphics designer, The sales person, the affiliate manager.

You might want to narrow it down to what you really need and get a quality person to do that.

We don't want one person to do the whole job. We do have more people for that. We do need that person to understand the basics of most of that, so he can work together with us. We have programmers, a designer and salespeople. We already have a webmaster and he could use some help, since we will be growing over the next few months. So we do not expect this webmaster to do all those taskes himself.

And if you do not like our affiliate program, don't join!!

If they offer low payouts and wm's are willing to take them why not? What if they convert 1:10 @ $5.25 comm and the PPS sponsor converts 1:100 @ $35 comm ?
