                  Looks like one of the worst sites ive seen. Broken images everywhere, the message forum looks like shit. Your google pr is 4, which is nothing special and you have no backlinks showing up in google.

                  How many paying members do you have?
                  How many new members weekly?
                  Is there an affiliate program?

                  You're willing to finance the buyer for a year? That much mean you're asking for some crazy money for this... Good luck!
