    Week one was on 26th now it's 29th

    I started at 171lbsI cutt out all sodas and cut out 100% fast food.

    I now clock in at 164lbs

    And my blood preasure has reduced a shit load..

    From 110/170 Super high (when I was in the ER) to 57/127

    I am drinking nothing but water/poweraid And eating soups salads, and subway




    __________________

    I am now at 162lbs and stabled out at 120/60 =)

    This diet works!

              This diet works!
              You'll probably want to cut out any kind of 'poweraid' type of drink. It's basically colored sugar water (the best fattener you can get when taken with food).
