    Help! Insurance Fraud?

    I got a letter in the mail today from State Farm Insurance saying that someone has filed a claim for $757 and that i'm the one responsible. I have personally never been in an accident, not a single one, ever. So there is no way in hell I am the one responsible. Could someone just w rite down my plate number and say it was me?

    What the hell? Don't you HAVE to have a police report to even file a claim with your insurance company? What is going on here? This is too funny....LOL

              It may blow over. Yet if they are on your ass already then well they are trying to collect. So you must pay or fight.
