Isn't this the whole theory the TGP2er's are struggling to keep alive? I'm sorry man, I think it's a great idea in theory... but as Einstein found out several times over, theory doesn't always hold true in reality. This IS a business, as someone said, and as a business, people are going to do what needs to be done to make a living.
I used to drive 70' super rigs all over the country for the better part of a decade, and the exact same aguement has been made repeatedly with no success whatsoever.
The arguement: The infamous nationwide truckers strike. Sure it works in theory: All the truckers shut down at the same time, and within a week, the entire country is starving, hence, truckers get whatever they want. And it would work... IF you could put two truckers together in the same room for more than 2 1/2 minutes without them killing each other. The problem with this is that no matter how many truckers shut down on any given supposed nationwide strike, there are always going to be the ones that say, "Hehe... dumbasses... go ahead and sit there! I'm runnin' down the road making a killing while you're sitting there fuckin' around!"
And the same principle goes for this TGP2 idea. I DO like the idea... I think it's great. BUT.... it will never happen as long as somebody else is going to be running down the proverbial road with fuckloads of free hardcore just waiting for the masses, and all the while you're left sitting there with your thumb up your ass waiting for some newbie surfer to come to your TGP2 site with no content. And there's no way in hell you're ever gonna get all the porn webmasters to agree to go along with this because again... it's business man.
Just my perspective.
