the sherriff came to deliver some papers to someone that doesn't live here. oddly enough, at the same time as the mail, in which i got a letter sent to aforementioned person from the county attourney. anyways, he just left, and i called the county and they said to just return the letter to sender.
the a-10's were fucking cool. we've got an airbase for the national guard, i imagine that's it, or that the planes are en route somewhere. first time i've seen a-10's tho, never once seen an a-10 here (so it did seem kinda odd). the first one flew by, had to do a double-take, couldn't believe it. then a few minutes later two more flew by in the same direction. they have a quite distinct, crazy engine whine. sweet planes tho

A-10's are kick ass planes...and nearly indestructible. They can be shot to pieces and still fly. As far as surveilance planes, I've never heard of them being used for that. They do fly pretty slow, so it might be a good plane for that.Sig too big

Loiter time is what they look for in a surveillance aircraft - the time a plane can hang around before it needs refuelling.
If papers were being served by mail and by the Sheriff I doubt the last occupant of the house warrants a surveillance aircraft
Now if a SWAT team had arrived to serve the papers then that might be a different matter

thats your buddy a/s/h/c/r/o/f/ , he has full access to all resources to get all those bad old porn pimps.
they use the A 10 to soften up your position followed by cruise missles, then B 52 carpet bombing and when its safe the Seals and Special Forces then the Swat team.
they gonna get all those nasty old porn pimps.
can't go after them drug dealers, they shoot back !!!!

When I was in Vegas in Jan. for Internext I ended up playing blackjack late one night with a couple of A-10 Pilots who discussed the upcoming (at the time) Iraq war and how they would be going over there etc...
Cool speaking with them, and then losing some money to the casino!
