Im pretty sure registered means a GFY member before that date.
Im pretty sure the count is for this forum and not GFY in general.
I do see a lot of people picking different time zones, or not specifing A.M. or P.M. (time zones do not matter as lensman said all will P.S.T. even if you post G.M.T. or E.S.T. as I interpret it)
