I think alot about ideas then i work and forget about em... When im finally sleeping I sleep for +10 hours and the dream process starts!

actually the best ideas come to me when I am powering ...
When I am jogging 10 KM or when I am at the gym doing my workout ... everywhere where I come to my physical and psychical limit I get sth like a flash and one idea is coming after the other ... FLOW ;)
