    Ive been sending this guy traffic for like over 1 year before this shit happened with no problems (made over 15,000), and now after 2.5 months of sending this guy traffic this guy keeps ignoring my EMAILS and i think he blocked me on ICQ (cause he used to be online a lot, and lately hes never been on)

    When I last talked to this guy like 2 weeks ago and asked for a reason, he gave me some bullshit reason that i had duplicate IP's joining or some crap, didn't really make any sense... He basically told me to GO FUCK MYSELF.

    I think its time to end this kinda fucken bullshit... He owes me over 3000 USD and i was thinking about filing a lawsuit (even if i only get like 2000 USD its still worth it)

    Can I get some opinions from you guys.

              That's a lesson that took me quite a while to learn...

              the other valuable one I learned from a 'sellers' perspective is not to put all your eggs in one basket...and only use sponsors that people you trust have good things to say about...or personally know...

                              mr-cash never really fucked me, they were just an odd company to send traffic 2, i moved to cash.com for all my email sign ups, u might want to consider using them instead

                                          It was another sponsor. Once they received news from the FEDS, I almost received flowers with the missing check. I hope this will be the same with u guys. Unless they really want to feel the Federal Prison love.

                                              I probably did get a few signups for the same email, it IS free email porn anyways

                                              they told me that right when I start getting 2 ips for 1 single signup, they are allowed to shut me down

                                              but what I HATE about this, they didnt close me, they just kept my account going and just not paying me, its still open today and accepting traffic

                                              I think they owe me some 5000$ or so on my account
                                              and not paying, they say there is nothing I can do, just shut up and accept the consequences of a few stupid users out of thousands... very VERY stupid

                                                      they used the same excuse for the both of us, and since its free porn i can see that happening that when a stupid visitor sees FREE PORN offer he might want to make 2 accounts with different e-mails just to make sure that he has a spare account.

                                                      They dont know that its really one big spamming network until they log in and realize that its just garbage porn.

It really is a shame that it has come to this but so be it if I have to prove that we have not wronged any webmasters. I have legit proof that you have cheated us. How is that you got more single-opt in signups then douple opt-ins plus you have absoluty no exit traffic which is impossible not to mention that 1/3 of your sales are coming from duplicate ip adresses. And to top that majority of the email adresses coming from your traffic were bogus. I even asked where you were promoting us and to send a link so that I could take a look but you acted like you did not understand anything I was saying. Now you have been paid until we saw that you were cheating. I already disclosed this info to you in private and need be I can post our conversation if anybody would like to see. Mr-Cash has been around since 1996 and we pride ourselves on paying everyone on time as long as they are legit which you are not. I also suggest that if anyone who reads this should consider sending your traffic else where.

                                                                                          I have sued and settled out of court 2 times already with sponsors who don't pay(circa 1999).

                                                                                          Be kind and polite....one thing you cannot do is post of GFY...it just looks really bad when you have to file all your court papers.

                                                                                          Another tip is to get thousand and thousand of paper file so that the attorney on the other side charges the client upfront for all the paper work and hassel.

                                                                                          Go to your county court house and file the lawsuit. Don't go out of state or out of your county.

                                                                                          Usually, when the sponsor get served with papers at his home during Sunday dinner, he shits his pants, gets embarrassed, gets angry and can do nothing but stress out all night long until he tries calling you in the morning.

                                                                                          Whatever you do...do not talk, email, IM until his lawyer calls your lawyer for a quick settlement....
