Unless the site is doing something illegal or spamming you, it's really none of your business.

They had a report on what happens, at:

                http://www.icann.org/whois/wdprs-rep...al-31mar04.htm

You can make a report at:

                http://wdprs.internic.net/

                I've never made one, though.
I buy good domain names. Send lists to George (at) LOFFS.com

If you include your email address it is sent to the domain holder.
Good way to get their attention and get a response.

I know one thing I had reported someone who hijacked some domains names of mine and linked himself to NASA, they didnt do shit about it. Unless you pay the $1500 that I didnt do, At $1500 a domain name, times by the 17 names I lost = $25,500. Fuck it theyre gone now. But this is in regards to hijacking, and then the false WhoIS info.

I've reported numerous domains but have yet to see any action taken. Supposedly ICANN reports the information to the registrar and its the registrars responsibility to make sure the domain owner supplies correct information but there are no sanctions from ICANN if they don.t Its a hollow effort in terms of enforcement. I have heard of someone getting shut down because they had fake information in their registration but none that I have reported have had anything done to them.

I guess it'll take a lifetime before you get some action done thru that one!

take it from me, they do take notice !
It takes a couple of weeks, but they contact the registrar, and then they are made prove their details are correct, or thier url is canned until they prove the whois details.
