Root of the problem right there. We guys don't automatically assume the seat is up when WE pee, why would you ladies assume that it is down when YOU pee??
For the record I live alone, but am one of those guys that likes to sit his ass down while taking a leak, so my toilet can be labeled as "Woman-friendly" :D
My bed is woman-friendly as well if anyone's interested.
