when I'm in month 4, and I did greater or equal(in every month after month0) I get the 8%...But when next month I;m doing worse, do I get 6%, or will I start at 0% again?

With our top converting sites you should not have to worry about that

It is a progressive bonus and you would have to start over however if you work hard and keep your signups up we will reward you BIG TIME!!!
