Isn't it the shit? Jack cheese is good but not great, and hot green and red peppers are pretty good... but add the 2 together and it just kicks ass! Nachos, Quesadillas, casseroles, pizzas, stuffed veggies... you could prob. use this shit as sealant on the space shuttle and it'd still be tasty.

I have a few friends who often buy $600 bottles of wine who compliment certain types of vintage wine with a $3.00 cube of Pepper Jack... now *that* is an endorsement

Dude Im all about the pepperjack, Munching on a brick from Henry's right now. hit up your local healthfood store. they usually have the best cheases (but thats about it)
