Can i charge back a hotel bill if they use false advertising on me?

i booked a hotel for the weekend, it's be about $1400 for 2 nights, anyway when i booked it i asked THREE times if they had high speed int he rooms, they said yes.

I verified a few days before - and asked again - YES, not dial up - they have high speed acess.

Ok, i book in, they confor when booking the room and getting my credit card, that YES, they have HIGH SPEED acess in the room, not dial up. ok, so i go out drinking, come back at midnight, and look for the high speed acess. it's not there. I call the desk, they come up to the room and look, yep, no high speed acess. so their soluition was telling me i could use the business center. There are 5 kids in there up late , i cannot work on porn in there. they can't give me another room cept for a tiny one and they won't let me USE it, i have to exchange rooms and i have a huge awesome room and the high speed rooms are normal small rooms with nothing much more than a bed.

so i drive 1 1/2 hours home to do my update today, and will drive back in a few hours. but my question is - being LIED to like that on the one thing that matters to me in a hotel - do i have a legal ability to charge back my hotel bill? I'm feeling like this is complete fraud.
