I have boxes w/RS (aka EV1servers.net). All are Linux boxes. If you go into the forum at http://forum.rackshack.net and look at the Windows subject area, you'll see they're having more problems with the OS than they are with the box itself.Coming Soon! You must have admin skills or have someone that can set it up for you..

Rackshack is good company and has unbeatable prices, but you need to admin your box alone. If they sucked that bad they wouldn't be one of the largest hosting co. in the world. When rackshack puts up new boxes they are gone in hours.Comment

Here is my experience with RackShack:
- Rock-solid servers & connectivity
- Buy a plain Linux server without Plesk or similar shit
- Their so-called "customer support" sucks big time
- Do NOT expect them doing anything for you except connecting & resetting your box
