You really need to get those images down to 30kb or so each, or your bandwith bill is gonna be killer.Why should they join when they can get such hi quality pics for free?! Also, add something to break up the pics a lil like some text. You want them to join, not look at pics
It sure does load fast, thats good. Also, some tpgs dislike writing on pics. I dont like how you have writing on some, but not others. GGGGGGGREAT first try though

1) First of all -- FUCK the haterz. Don't let them get you down
2) Use a simpler header -- maybe use differing pics of bitches
3) Good job on the clean background. Put a block of 20 to 24 pics there
4) Use more hardcore--don't show cum shot
5) Show at least 6 thumbs of the bitches' faces
6) In your CALL TO ACTION, show pics of other chicks and pics of them in action.

You need to entice the viewer to join the site, or at least click the sponser link. They need to know what they can expect at the site, what the premise is and anything else that'll make the user want to check the site out.
ALso, the image sizes are a little large. The number of pictures is perfect and the quality is very nice.

ok here we go:
- change the logo and don't link it to the join page because you're not telling what they're getting at your gallery you need to send them trough the tour.
OR:
- change the logo to one matching the tour, change the bg to the colour of the tour.
- make some lines of text between the thumbs, make them horny and let them click.
- reduce the pic size.
- 10kb for a thumb is also way to big, make it max 7kb.
- or click the link in my sig and I will make u one that will convert
