    Can anyone explain the urge to blast music from one's car?

    Honestly, the only person who thinks its cool is the the person behind the wheel.

    In case girls do look its because theyre seeing who the attention whore driving the car is so they can laugh about him...nothing else.

                                              only music i'd blast is shit everyone else doesn't blast.. (ie everything except rap)... from time to time i get the urge to blast some oldschool metallica, or slayer.. but thats about it. gets a nice pump before going lifting.

                                                                                              i wouldn't say by "nature"... i'd say by growing up in this society w/ all the media, they've become like that... i know a few girls, attractive, but are totally fine with having a boyfriend who doesn't make dick, and has a shitty car.

                                                                                              hell, my gf is attractive and was homeschooled for a long time, so shes not like a lot of other girls, she can't get along w/ them.. my car isn't great, doesn't mean shit though.

                                                                                              my gf before her was also the same way... she went to school, but grew up in a fucked up domestic situation.. which in return fucked her up, and luckily she turned out for the better instead of the worse... and when it comes to materialism it doesn't mean dick.
