You're probably getting bounces of emails sent that have forged 'from' addresses (yours)
I believe the sobig virus, or the original version of it anyway, is supposed to self destruct in about 3 days. -

Try setting up message rules in outlook and blocking the phrases the virus e-mails are using and set it auto-delete. It' what Rowan said though... they are getting bounced from everywhere.Comment

Many of them are addressed to me supposedly "from" every individual and company in the adult video business whose e-mailing list(s) I was on. And many more from all kinds of other spoofed addresses. I sure hope that this stops soon.Comment

Good, but not the same. When a webhost installs a server side virus scanner, you dont even get the emails with viruses in your inbox. Hence, you will go from 600 emails a day to 10 - 15 or however many you normally get that are not viruses.Originally posted by queer
