    T-mobile Sidekick....who own's one?

I just ordered a T-Mobile color sidekick from amazon.com, it's in the process of getting shipped out from their warehouse... the anticipation of waiting for it to be on my doorstep is just killing me heh

Those who have em, what do you think of the product thus far?

Those who don?t, I suggest you get one since they are simply the shit if you are constantly on the move and need to check e-mail, chat on AIM/ICQ, etc?.

Really cool toy?. Now let?s get some GFY user review?s =D

    Here's a pic of it:

I have the Fido HipTop (Canada) - which is the same thing as the T-Mobile Sidekick and I really love it. I don't use the phone feature - it feels like you are talking in a wallet - i prefer my telus flip phone. Also Fido's coverage in Canada is not very good.

I use it mostly for the email and web features. My Hiptop is almost always in the car.

The web browsing resolution is 320x240 if i'm not mistaken...

I am actually looking to maybe get this in the future but was wondering was there a way to login to my desktop via the thing? Sometimes I like to check that things are ok on my machine when im away and the only way I can do that now is laptop and dialup or cable.. I want to be able to check my shit from anywhere in da country (well where I can get a signal! ;) )...
                every click counts...

Damn that thing comes in color now? I got one about 6 months ago and it's just a few shades of grey. Well I get a free replacement and my backlighting is broken. Hopefully they'll send me the color one
