14 Million OptIn? Bullshit... unless one of the major 4free programs are selling their lists - which I doubt they are.
I have about 17,000 from my 4free site. - ALL WORKING ADDRESSES (I remove bouncing emails immeditally) and all UNDER 3 MONTHS OLD!
They are %100 Double-Opt-In. They have also agreed that their address can be sold, and that emails from my partners will not be concidered unsolicited (by agreeing to our privacy policy before signup).
I'm not openly selling this list.... i'm looking for 1 ESTABLISHED webmaster who would like to buy this, and maybe my new subscribers monthly - and agree not to resell.

show me where I said fresh? I said, legit and pricey....it comes with IP, dates, names, some with address & phones, etc...you can see which are fresh and which are not so fresh....
let's just say it comes from a company that pulls in quite a few emails a day, so a good chunk of it is (F)resh....
