    How to trace a Spammer ?

    Some of you guys might know how i can trace this guy. I know i can report his CP spam to ASACP but i want to also give him up to the FBI and ICANN and even his ISP.
    Dose anyone have the URLs to trace IPs

          he prob used proxies and so on so it would be hard to really trace him if he covered his tracks

              Thats possible but he or she uses the same addesses details on all messages And a careful spammer would be rotating ?
