My Opinion!
Good idea! But, Get Real!
This tgp2 idea don't have a chance against the current tgp's! In a sec I'll tell you why.
All of the webmasters soon or later realize that in the adult bizz you must fight 2 main fronts:
1-Against surfers.
2-Against other webmasters (tgp's owners against submitters).
Also webmaster/sponsor but that's other story.

If the idea don't gives a shit about surfers or other webmasters it will soon die. What are you trying to do here is fuck the surfer big time! You think that the surfers stupid? In the place of the surfer when I realize that this tgp just gives first 5 full sized thumbs I would quickly push the x button and go to tgp that gives all for free!

You're trying to bite the hand you're eating from. But I totally agree that giving the surfer 100% is very bad for the industry!All of the idea of free porn started from competition between webmasters over traffic, and the surfers got more and more (now they getting even movies for free. Hell what next? Live Feeds?).

The only reasonable combination will be it to keep it fair for all of the parts.

It surely will be hard to take from surfers something that they already have. 100% Free Porn. I don't say it can't be done, I think the best chance is to cut their breath in one move. But for that we will need good cooperation between webmasters.

We(webmasters) will need a whole new concept that will compete the old system. So it must be better for webmasters from all of the sides the surfers don't have the real choice here I doubt they will stop surfing porn hehe

So here is my suggestions:
1- ratio of clickable thumbs/non clickable. Must be 50/50. Ie. 15 thumbs gallery first 7 clickable, 30 then the first 15 clickable. You must give them something otherwise they'll go to tgp that gives them 30 thumbs all clickable. We will be able to lower the ratio to 1/3 once the idea catches up. Anyway all of the real action in the second part of series pictures gallery's! Also no small thumbs so the surfer can see the rest and not click hehehehe

2-We must increase the cooperation between the submitting webmasters and tgp owners. Each side MUST think of other side too! We all in this together (trying to make as much as possible from the surfers). On the submit pages the tgp will get 2 good links(as you would put for you're sponsor) to their sponsor, one at the top and one in the bottom so it will be in his interest to send you some traffic and change to tgp2. Also would be a good idea to put them more links the bigger the gallery. Help them make money and they will help you!!!

3-NO html pages on thumbs!(at least not at first) Just imagine checking all those pic pages?

4-Resips only to tgp2!

5-All of the categories.

Also I don't see big tgp's posting here.

I think that the small ones can start with the idea right away but the big ones will have to wait and join later on all in once to cut the surfers throat and so they will not be able to find it on other big tgp. In my opinion that will give a FUCKIN big Boost to the industry with offering the surfers just 1/2 for free!
