BP means bulletproof. aka, this person is going to spam everyone they can from various lists and collected emails from usenet and webpages. Going to get a lot of complaints. Bulletproof means that no matter how many complains you and your upstream get from ppl getting spammed (normally without valid remove, return addy or from addy), u will still be up and running. It costs a lot to get BP hosting.
