If you sent those 100K users directly to a sponsor page, wouldn't the chances of getting at least the four ($35) signups that would cover the $125 expense be pretty good?
I mean, that's a conversion ratio of up to 1:25K which doesn't sound too far fetched in my ears.
But then again, I don't know much about traffic trading.

I can't say for sure what conversion ratios would be, but sent directly to a sponsor page conversions should cover your expense and then some depending on the design, page load time and the sponsors ability to count and not shave
