ROFL, Van Nuys is not the most scenic place to live I'd imagine, but the property values are probably still pretty reasonable.
If I'm not mistaken the movie Spun was shot in Van Nuys, anyone can confirm or clarify, maybe Fletch?
Why is it you have to live in Van Nuys? You couldn't live in Woodland Hills or Tarzana?
