If you're talking about Atlantis Resort in Reno NV.. I highly recommend the COMBO PAN ROAST at the Oyster Bar.
I think there are lots of resorts called atlantis though so maybe this is of no help. -

I've been there, it rocks. You can have an awesome time and never even leave the property.
But I suggest you walk down to the pier across the street and charter a boat with Chubasco Charters, they put you on the fish within 10 minutes of leaving the dock. There is a big coral shelf that drops down over a mile and you can catch some awesome huge fish there, half a day fishing is $450 and well worth it.
There is also a small restaurant right close, I forgot the name but they have a show while you are having dinner, guy does this fire dance and then they have junkanu dancers come in, its worth the walk. I recommend the Lobster Thermadore, its great.Comment

Its a great resort and Nassau kicks ass. You may want to contact Shap as he lives on the island he can maybe give you the lowdown on good places to eat etc.

Here is a couple pictures from my trip there last October, swim with the Dolphins if you they aren't booked. The private Island is pretty cool to explore too.

Yeah been there twice...it's very nice but defenitely family oriented. The dolphin swim is awesome. Fishing, scuba diving were great as well.
If you're into fine foods, wines and cigars, go to a restaurant outside the hotel called 'Graycliff'. You will not be sorry
