    Need help, Someone in Rancho Cucamonga CA

    I recently tried to make a transaction with someone in Rancho Cucamonga, CA involving my $950 and his car seats. After cashing my check the guy never sent anything and I don't think he's planning on it. I have tried calling the Police, FBI, everyone and anyone but got no help. If anyone lives in that area and could just try to some how incourage him in a "non-violent" way I would greatly appreciate it and would give you $100 when i receive the check.

    If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

          I put in a complaint to the FBI but have heard no word from them. The police have done nothing and said that they can't because this is not a criminal matter. It seems like when I do something wrong the cops are there but when i need help, they can't do anything.

                      I'll do that as soon as I get home.

                      I was told that the only way to do anything is to go to my courthouse and sue him. That would take way too much time and money though and in the end would not be worth it.
