i think there is fine text that makes an exception for the 30 minute trial, although im nervous about using the 30 minute trial myself. im just launching a site and not using trials at all ... (im assuming this is paycom you are talking about)

Thing that happened here is probably that they had a longer trial earlier, and someone was too lazy to change the wording.
