I had a site converted into Chinese once. Sure enough got lots of traffic and lots of joins and then months later lots of chargebacks due to a chinese webmaster fraud ring.

chinese don't have credit cards. They have debit cards. Even worse, their debit card only works with Chinese banks and chinese money. So basicly, they have no access to a payment method.
I've thought of creating a chinese payment method, but way too many problems with that.Fyodor Dostoyevsky wrote: "Every man has reminiscences which he would not tell to everyone but only his friends. He has other matters in his mind which he would not reveal even to his friends, but only to himself, and that in secret. But there are other things which a man is afraid to tell even to himself, and every decent man has a number of such things stored away in his mind."
