can anyone ship meat through the mail or Fedex or something? Like, if I wanted to send someone some fish, can I just pack it in dry ice or someting and ship it out, or do you gotta be some kinda preauthorized food shipper or something, like a grocery store?

Food via fedex is fine, just need the dryice warning labels. I have done it many times.
Unless your trying to ship something that is not allowed in a given state. Mostly agriculture products, and overseas stuff.Comment

ahhh cool.... nah, wouldn't be anything agricultural I don't think... just meat stuff like fish, maybe some deer coming back this way.... but it'd be all cut already and wrapped up ready to cook.SIG TOO BIGComment

if you can find out about the border (customs) and let me know if it's ok to send i could send you as much walleye as you want. huge commerical walleye fishery on lake winnipeg where i live - it's usually about $5-$6 a pound for fillets - and about $8-$9 a pound for cheeks (the best!) Canadian prices too.Originally posted by Amputate Your Head
