In the unlikly event that all raffles tickets are not sold on the first auction listing, I will relist the remaining raffle tickets until all of them are sold. The tickets are $50 apeice. The winner is responsible for all taxes on this property. Last year I paid around $2000 in property taxes. The odds of winning this property are 1 in 7000

I was reading into it more and realized I have family that lives in that area. Then I noticed the user name. I am 99% sure that is my aunt and uncle, I tried giving them a call but their out.
I don't really know what's going on with this, but last time I talked to Sherri (my aunt) she said they were getting out of the house. I have no idea why they'd do it like this.
They lost a beautiful 5 year old daughter in a couple months ago, that's why they are moving, she died right in her room... I'll keep you guys posted...
