maybe if i said something like
MrPheer, is nothing more then a half baked no good spammer who spends his time wacking of in chat rooms and trying to trick ppl into believing he is someone he is not for the sake of a sale.
now that is something that could be considered LIBEL
that was just an example to illustrate my point.
