What I was thinking is either the computer dial the 900# and get access to the website or the customer can just call it, get a pincode, enter that into the website (which logs the ip address with the phone number that is connected to the 900#. The customer would remain connected until the customer hangs up (and doesn't let that ip address in anymore). There are probably several different ways of making it work with a 900#. It would require a programmer that knows what he/she is doing.
dabomb would have to get his own 900# to charge what he wants per minute. Alot of times the company you get the 900# from also has a programmer that can do the programming involved and supply the needed hardware/server to make the whole system work. I would recommend talking to a couple of 900# service providers to see what they think would work the best.
